Paths, not single approvers
Build a line of people in the order they should decide. Any number of steps, on any monday item.
Multi-step approvals that run on your monday items, with a record of who decided what and when. Built and operated by TidalTech Software.
Most approvals are not one person clicking yes. They are a sequence, sometimes a parallel one, with people who must agree and people who only need telling.

Approval blocks until it is given. Consent records agreement from someone whose view is needed. Notification tells a person without holding anything up.
Select two or more people at the same stage and they decide simultaneously, rather than queueing behind each other.
Every decision carries a comment and a timestamp. A rejection cannot be recorded without saying what has to change, and either side can attach supporting files.
Choose a status column and the outcome is written back to it, so the board shows Approved, Rejected or Waiting without anyone opening the app.
Each action is hashed onto the one before it. Names, emails and teams are frozen onto the approval when it is raised, so a record does not rewrite itself when somebody changes department.
Set a due date, a reminder interval and a point at which the request gives up. Reminders go out on their own.
My approvals gathers everything waiting on a person, whichever board it came from, alongside what they raised and what is heading their way.
Delegate your approvals to a colleague for a fixed period. The record still names you, and says who signed in your place.
Pick the people and the order. Save it as a reusable path if the same shape comes up again.
Write what is being approved, attach anything relevant, and set a deadline if it needs one.
Each participant is notified when the line reaches them, and approves or rejects with a reason.
The board column updates, and the audit trail keeps who decided what, when, and from which team.
Approvals Pro stores its records in monday's own storage, scoped to your account. We operate no database, use no analytics, and rely on no third-party service of any kind.
Both documents describe the application specifically, rather than the TidalTech website.
Support is by email, and through the feedback form inside the application itself.
